Agostinho T. Andrade

BOSTON - Agostinho T. Andrade, 58, of Grant Street, Fall River, a construction laborer, died Saturday, June 10th at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Born in Rabo de Peixe concelho de Ribeira Grande, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Agostinho Tomas De Andrade and Maria de Jesus de Sousa Medeiros De Andrade. Mr. Andrade worked for McCourt Construction in Boston and was a member of Laborers Local Union 610 in Fall River.
He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Da Rosa of New Bedford, MA; three sons, Gary Couto of Hyannis, MA, Shane Furtado of New Bedford, MA and Christian Andrade of Fall River; a sister, Estela Resendes of St. Michael, Azores; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Saturday, June 17th at 7:30 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia Street, followed by a Funeral Mass at 8:30 a.m. in Santo Christo Church, Columbia Street. Cremation to follow. Calling hours Friday 7-9 p.m. www.oliveirafuneralhomes.com
