Angelina B. Galego

FALL RIVER...Angelina B. (Borges) Galego, 84, of Fall River passed away, Sunday, June 24, 2018.

She was the widow of John C. Galego.

She was born in St. Michael, Azores a daughter of the late James and Angelina (Santos) Borges and had lived in Fall River since 1950.

Mrs. Galego worked as a machine operator in various mills until she retired.

Survivors include 2 sons: Michael Galego of Taunton and John C. Galego, Jr. of Fall River, a daughter Elizabeth Choquette of Fall River, 2 brothers: Manuel Borges of Assonet and James Borges of NY, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Galego.

Graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at Notre Dame Cemetery, Stafford Road, Fall River.
