Christine Viveiros

MASHANTUCKET, CT… Christine (Silvia) Viveiros, 65, of Fall River passed away after a long illness on April 1, 2015.
Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Alice (Thomas) Silvia of Fall River and the late Joseph Silvia.
Along with her mother, she is survived by two daughters; Toni-Lynn Flewelling of Epsom, NH and Tammie Gannon of Uxbridge, MA, two sons; David Viveiros of Fall River and Jonathan Raposo of Whitman, MA, a brother; Michael Silvia of Fall River, MA, seven grandchildren; Jenna Flewelling, Kylie Flewelling, Madison Gannon, Isabella Gannon, Gabrielle Gannon, Mason Viveiros, and Dominic Llewellyn,and several cousins and nephews.
Christine was known to brag about what she considered her greatest achievements…her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, whether talking on the phone for hours, shopping, going out to eat, or getting together for family events, especially clamboils. She was always there for you with a listening ear and words of advice. She had a way of making everyone feel like "a million bucks". As long as she was surrounded by those she loved, she was happy. She also enjoyed bingo and taking trips to Foxwoods and day trips to Newport.
Memorial Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 1 PM at OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME, 215 Columbia St. Fall River. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM, prior to the service.
