Clarice R. Rezendes

FALL RIVER…Clarice R. Rezendes, 87, of Fall River passed away October 11, 2018 at her home.

Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Manuel H. and Rose (Medeiros) Rezendes.

Ms Rezendes worked for many years as a Machine Operator in the local Garment Industry. She was a Member of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union and enjoyed Crossword Puzzles, television, going out dancing and spending time with her friends.

She is survived by her nephew and caretaker, Thomas Rego as well as many other nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George Rezendes, Duarte Rezendes and Mary Rego.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018 at 9 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St. Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Good Shepherd Paris, South Main Street. Fall River. Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5 – 8 PM.
