Elias F. Pacheco

FALL RIVER... Elias F. Pacheco, 92, of Fall River passed away October 13, 2018 at his home.

He was the husband of Maria Dos Anjos (Pacheco) Pacheco to whom he had been married for 55 years.

Born in Porto Formoso, Azores, he was a son of the late Antonio and Maria Conceisao (Rodrigues) Pacheco and had lived in Fall River since 1972.

Mr. Pacheco was a communicant of Santo Christo Church and worked as a fisherman for most of his career. He enjoyed taking walks, reminiscing with old friends and above all, being a grandfather.

Along with his wife, survivors include his daughters: Anna Dasilva of Somerset and Almerinda Souza of Fall River; his grandchildren: Kyle Ouellette, Craig Ouellette, Chelsey Souza & Corey Souza; his great granddaughter: Abigail Sky Ouellette; 4 siblings; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 4 siblings.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 at 8 AM at Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St. Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 AM at Santo Christo Church, Columbia St. Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 - 8 PM.
