Estrella "Star" Santana

FALL RIVER… Estrella “Star” Santana, 72, of Fall River passed away May 7, 2022, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, in Boston.

She was the long-time partner of Lynne Williams.

Born in New York City, NY, she was a daughter of the late Ciro and Willemina Fontaine.

Estrella enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters Melissa Cosgrove (husband Ronald), and Jennifer Santana, both of Fall River; her grandchildren Kyle, Ronald (partner Jennifer), William, E’ziaha, Sa-mya, and Sauria; her great grandchildren Devin, Rylee, Bridget, and Dylan; several siblings. She was the mother of the late Jason Daniel.

A visitation will be held Monday, May 16, from 8 – 11 AM, from the Oliveira Funeral Home – South Main St Chapel, 2064 South Main St., Fall River, MA 02724 followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 11 AM. Burial will be private, at a later date.
