Ethel Connie (Medeiros) Diogo

FALL RIVER… Ethel C. (Medeiros) Diogo, 62, of Fall River passed away August 4, 2018 at St. Anne’s Hospital.

She was the wife of Manuel Diogo of Fall River.

Born in Santo Antonio, St. Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of Maria Medeiros and the late Jose Medeiros.

Mrs. Diogo worked as a CNA for over 20 years.

Along with her husband and mother, survivors include her children: David A. Diogo and Michelle L. Canuel, both of Fall River; her siblings: Jose Medeiros of Somerset and Maria F. Medeiros of Fall River; her grandchildren: Austin Canuel and Malia Diogo; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 10 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St. Fall River, MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Name Church, Hanover St. Fall River. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Tuesday August 7, 2018 from 5-8 PM.
