Evelyn Morris

Evelyn (Custodio) Morris, 89, of Tiverton, died Thursday, Sept. 1st at home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Morris.

Born in St. Michael, Azores, she was a daughter of the late John and Lidwina (Teixeira) Custodio, she was a resident of Tiverton for most of her life and worked as a
sewing machine operator in the local garment industry.

She is survived by a sister, Gilda Correia of Tiverton; a brother, Antone M. Custodio of Fall River; a granddaughter; three nieces and a nephew. She was the sister of the late John Custodio, Jr.

Her Funeral Service will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 5 - 7 p.m.
