Florence M. Baldaia

NORTON – Florence M. (Cabral) Baldaia, 83, of Wingate at Norton, 184 Mansfield Ave., Norton, MA, formerly of Fall River, died Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Wingate at Norton. She was the wife of the late Norbert Baldaia, Sr.
Born in Pawtucket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Albert A. and Celina E. (Chaput) Cabral; she lived in Fall River for most of her life. Mrs. Baldaia worked as an assembler for 22 years at GTE Sylvania.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon A. Silva and her husband Manuel of Swansea, MA and Karan A. Wood of Fall River; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Joseph N. Baldaia and Norbert Baldaia, Jr. She was the mother-in-law of the late Bernard Wood.
