Ines Leite

Ines (Fagundo) Leite, 81, of Eagle St., died Friday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Antonio V. Leite.
Born in Lomba do Loucao, Povoacao, St. Michael, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Manuel Fagundo Resendes and Rosalina Resendes; she emigrated to this country in 1969. Mrs. Leite was a homemaker.
Besides her husband of almost 60 years, she is survived by two daughters, Grace Leite of Fall River and Rosalina Abarca and her husnand Armando of Fall River; two sons, Joseph Leite and his wife Maria of Somereset and Antonio Leite and his wife Katie of Portsmouth, RI; a sister, Maria D. Resendes of Fall River; a brother, Germano Resendes of Fall River; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Jose Resendes.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
