Jeremiah Vaz

Jeremiah Vaz, 47, of Fall River, passed away March 14th, 2024.

    Born in Fall River, he was a son of Theresa Gilda Vaz and the late Alfred J. Vaz, Jr.

    He was the former companion of Joey Lynn Gifford.

    In his freetime, Jeremiah enjoyed fishing, carpentry, working on cars, and, most of all, spending time with his children and family.

    Jeremiah is survived by his children Lexie Marie Gifford-Vaz, Eternity, Jesse James Gifford-Vaz, Makhi Gifford, James, Jacob, Haylee, and Jahzelle; his siblings James Vaz, Georgina Vaz, Christina Vaz, and John Vaz; his grandchildren Jaelee and Khileesi; his nephew Josh and several other nieces and nephews.

    A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., from 5 - 8 PM.
