John Garcia

FALL RIVER… John Garcia, 93, of Fall River, died Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Sarah Brayton Nursing Center, in Fall River.

He was the husband of the late Ruth (Miranda) Garcia.

Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late John Garcia, Sr. and Alexandrina (Vincent) Garcia.

Prior to retiring, Mr. Garcia was employed as a laborer in the construction industry for 26 years. John was a Korean War Era Veteran of the Army, Airforce, and Navy . He was also a member of the King Philip Yacht Club and enjoyed playing cards.

He is survived by his brother, George Garcia, of Swansea, one niece, five nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Daniel Garcia, Evelyn Garcia, and Irene Medeiros.
