Kenneth Mello

Kenneth Mello, 59, of Quequechan St., Fall River, passed away Thursday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Margaret (Albernaz) Mello.

Born in Fall River, a son of the late James and Diane (Santos) Mello, he resided most of his life in this city.

Mr. Mello worked as a custodian for the Fall River Housing Authority for the past 6 years.

He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Besides his wife of 40 years, he is survived by 2 sons, Michael J. Mello (wife Kerry) of Fall River and Jeffrey J. Mello (wife Nicole) of Dartmouth, a brother, Michael Mello of Somerset and a sister, Susan Winarksi (husband Steven) of Fall River; a granddaughter, Sydney Mello and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held on Monday at 8 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home 215 Columbia St. followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Santo Christo Church. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 6 - 8 p.m.
