Lucille Dube

FALL RIVER - Private funeral services were held for Lucille (Oliveira) Dube, 90, of Fall River, who died on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. She was the wife of the late Ernest "Red" Dube.
Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Alexandrina (Pacheco) de Oliveira; she was a lifelong resident of Fall River. She was employed as a cashier for many years at the former Edgar's Department Store.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra L. Vallett of Fall River and Patricia L. Eaton and her husband Eric of Fall River; a son, Ernest J. Dube and his wife Gale of New Smyrna Beach, FL; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Judith Vazquez and the sister of the late Daniel Oliveira and Alfred Oliveira.
Burial was in Notre Dame Cemetery. Arrangements were by the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St.
