Margaret Amaral

Margaret (Valentino) Amaral, 89, of Clifton Nursing Home, Somerset, passed away Tuesday at the center after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Manuel J. Amaral, Jr.

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Antone and Margaret (Aguiar) Valentino.

Mrs. Amaral had worked as a presser for Stella Ann Frocks for several years.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Margaret "Peg" Hampl of Queen Creek, AZ and Cynthia Camara of Port Charlotte, FL; a son, Michael J. Amaral of Somerset; a brother, Joseph Valentino of Tiverton, RI; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel Valentino

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. in the OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME 2064 South Main St. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m.
