Margaret (Rodrigues) Silvia

FALL RIVER... Margaret (Rodrigues) Silvia, 89 of Fall River passed away April 14, 2018 at Catholic Memorial Home in Fall River.
She was the widow of John F. Silvia.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Bento and Mary (Pavao) Rodrigues.
Mrs. Silvia was a communicant of Santo Christo Church, Fall River and worked for many years as a Machine Operator at the former Lexcraft Manufacturing prior to her retirement.
Survivors include her son: John P. Silvia of Fall River; a grandson: Aaron M. Silvia; her siblings: Barbara Souza of Fall River, Frances Lilliston of Fall River, Robert Rodrigues of GA and George Rodrigues of Fall River; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Alice Telles, Dorothy Dias, Bento Rodrigues, Jr., and James Rodrigues.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 8 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St. Fall River, MA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 AM at Santo Christo Church, Columbia St. Fall River. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 - 8 PM.
