Maria Fatima Antao-Martins

FALL RIVER - Maria Fatima Antao-Martins, 60, of North Main St., Fall River, died Tuesday, July 11th at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Luis Antao.
Born in Terceira, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Jose and Alda (Silveira) Martins; she lived most of her life in Fall River and was a member of Santo Christo Church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Nelson Simas and Joseph Simas, both of Fall River; a sister, Cecilia DeSa and her husband Al of Fall River; two brothers, Frank Martins and his wife Mary of Middletown, RI and Jose Martins of Fall River; two grandchildren, Alexis Simas and Andrew Simas; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Belmiro "Billy" Martins.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, July 15th at 7:30 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia Street, followed by a Funeral Mass at 8:30 a.m. in Santo Christo Church, Columbia Street. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours Friday 7-9 p.m.
