Maria da Conceicao Moreira

Maria da Conceicao (Craveiro) Moreira, 88, of Fall River, passed away Monday at the Highlander Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Antonio Augusto Moreira.

Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael Azores, she resided in Fall River for the past 31 years.

She is survived by 4 daughters, 4 sons, 2 sisters, 11 granddaughters; 8 grandsons; 3 great-grand daughters; 9 great-grandsons. She was pre-deceased by 2 sons and 2 brothers.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 8 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Santo Christo Church. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 6 - 8 p.m.
