Maria C. Rego

Maria C. Rego, 82, of Fall River, died Sunday. She was the wife of the late Francisco Rego.

Born in Capelas, St. Michael, Azores, a daughter of the late Manuel and Mary Alice Rego, she resided in Fall River for the past 34 years.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Sadalia da Silva of Taunton, MA and Lisa Rego of Fall River, MA; 5 sons, Joseph Rego and Simao Rego both of Fall River, MA; Joao Rego of Taunton, MA; Duarte Rego of East Taunton, MA and Octavio Rego of Portugal, 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 8 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home 215 Columbia St. followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Santo Christo Church. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Wednesday 7 - 9 p.m.
