Mario J. Cabral

Mario J. Cabral, 51, of Fall River, passed away Saturday at home after a brief illness. He was the husband of Goretti (Raposo) Cabral.

Born in Ribeirinha, Sao Miguel, Acores; a son of the late Manuel Augusto and Gloria Uncao (Vieira) Cabral.

Mr. Cabral worked as a construction foreman for FC Construction. He was a member of the Academica Club, the Liberal Club of Fall River and its Holy Ghost Society.

Besides his wife of 29 years, he is survived by a son, Randall Cabral (Daughter-in-law Kim (Chaplin) of Fall River; 2 grandsons, Randall Jr. & Kolbe; 2 brothers, Jose V. Cabral (Wife Natalie) and Jaime Cabral (wife Lucia) both of Fall River; a sister, Ermelinda Correia (Husband Antonio) of Seekonk and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home 215 Columbia St. followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Santo Christo Church. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
