Mary Ann Lavoie

NEW BEDFORD… Mary Ann Lavoie, 66, of Fall River, died Tuesday, April 19th at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.
Born in Fall River, MA, she was a daughter of the late Irene Lavoie; she was a lifelong resident of this city. Ms. Lavoie retired from the 99 Restaurant & Pub in Fall River. She also worked for over 20 years as a bartender and waitress at St. Anne's Fraternity. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music and visiting casinos. Mary was a member of St. Anne's Fraternity.
She is survived by a daughter, Melissa L. Lavoie and her companion Carl Moniz of Fall River; two brothers, Randolph Lavoie of Fall River and Charles Lavoie of Florida. She also leaves her beloved cat Abe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Sunday, April 24th from 2-4 p.m. in the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St. Cremation to follow. In lieu flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Forever Paws, 300 Lynwood St., Fall River, MA 02721.
