Matthew A. Mello

Matthew A. Mello, 26, of County St., Somerset, MA, died Friday, October 16th at home unexpectedly. Born in Fall River, MA, he was a son of Patricia A. Mello and step-son of Dennis Ryder of Somerset; he lived most of his life in Somerset and attended Somerset Schools. Matthew formerly worked as a stocker at Stop & Shop in Bristol.
Besides his mother and step-father, he is survived by a son, Jayden Mello of Swansea, MA; a sister, Jody Corbett (husband Ron) of Somerset; MA; his godparents, Marie Mello and Peter Mello of Somerset; aunts and uncles; and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Amvets, Brayton Ave., Somerset, MA on Saturday, Nov. 14th starting at 6 p.m. for a Celebration of Life.
