Roger T. Ouellette, Jr.

Roger T. Ouellette, Jr., 71, of 1748 Highland Ave., Fall River, a retired machinist, died Thursday.

Born in Fall River, MA, he was a son of the late Roger T. Ouellette, Sr. and Cecil (Violette) Ouellette; besides living in Fall River he also lived in Swansea and Somerset. He was a graduate of Somerset High School. He enjoyed playing the guitar and was a talented artist.

He is survived by two daughters, Michelle B. Jesseman of Bethlehem, NH and Tabitha S. Sylvia of Fall River; a son, Michael Tennant of Fall River; four brothers, Ronald Ouellette of Taunton, Roland Ouellette of Somerset, Raymond Ouellette of Taunton and Richard Ouellette of Somerset; three grandchildren, Kristin Cooper, Andrew Sylvia and Makayla Sylvia; a great-granddaughter, Braelyn Cooper; and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Bruce Ouellette and Thomas Ouellette and the brother of the late Robert Ouellette and Rosemary Briand.

His graveside service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 10 a.m. in Oak Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited. Calling hours are omitted. A memorial service is planned for sometime in May.
