Scott R. Thiboutot

SWANSEA… Scott R. Thiboutot, 45, of Swansea passed away May 2, 2021 at home.

Born in Fall River, he was the son of Patricia A. (Leite) Thiboutot and the late Raymond D. Thiboutot.

Scott graduated from Tiverton High School, class of 1994. He also attended Rhode Island College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. He previously worked as a physical education teacher at Tiverton Middle School. He was currently self-employed as a boat detailer. He enjoyed spending time with his son, detailing boats, being outside, landscaping, watching and playing sports.

Along with his mother, survivors include his son Xander W. Landry, of Fall River, his sister Renee DiManno and husband Robert, of Tiverton, his sister-in-law Kelly J Thiboutot, his nephews David, Jeremy, Dylan, Brady, Jake and a niece Morgan. He was the brother of the late Chad C. Thiboutot.

Calling hours will be held Monday, May 10, 2021, from 9 AM to 11 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St. Fall River, MA 02724. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
