Steven DaRocha

SWANSEA … Steven DaRocha, 50, of Swansea passed away unexpectedly on January 29, 2019 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Born in Fall River, he was the beloved son of Alda DaRocha and the late Jose DaRocha. He was the grandson of the late Jose DaRocha and the late Maria (Camera) DaRocha, and the late Manuel Oliveira and the late Helena (Reis) Oliveira.

Steven attended the day program at Community Connections on Davol Street.

Steven is survived by his brother, Joseph DaRocha, his wife Christina, his niece Samantha DaRocha and nephew Nicholas DaRocha. He is survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 8:00 A.M. from the OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME, 215 Columbia Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 A.M. at Santo Christo Church, Columbia Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 – 8 P.M
