Steven C. Oliveira

Steven C. Oliveira, 59, of Tiverton, passed away Tuesday at St. Anne's Hospital.

Born in Fall River, a son of Claire M. (Granfield) Oliveira of Tiverton and the late Charles L. Oliveira.

Mr. Oliveira worked as a boat finisher for most of his life. He also worked as a supervisor for waste water treatment facilities in East Providence and Fall River.

Besides and mother, he is survived by 2 daughters, Melissa S. Gauthier (husband Eric) and Melanie J. Leite (husband Jared) both of Fall River; a sister, Linda Leonard (husband John) of Tiverton; 2 grandchildren, Nathaniel Gauthier and Barrett Gauthier; 2 nieces, Sarah Leonard and Rachel Leonard; 2 nephews, Joshua Leonard and Alexander Leonard.

Cremation arrangements are by the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St.
