Victor Martins

Victor Martins, 68, of Fall River passed away Monday, November 25, 2024, at St. Anne’s Hospital, in Fall River.

    Born in Fall River, he was a son of Joseph Martins and Maria Jose (Sousa) Martins.

    Victor graduated from BMC Durfee High School and was a member of Santo Christo Church. Throughout his career, he worked as a landscaper and had a deep passion for gardening. In his free time, he loved fishing and spending time at the beach.

    Along with his parents, survivors include his siblings Mary Jo Gallagher (fiance Robert Gordon), of South Dartmouth, and Philip Martins (wife Kathy), of Swansea; his nieces: Kaytlin Gallagher, Brooklyn Martins, and Mckenna Martins. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph Martins, II.

    A visitation will be held Friday, November 29, 2024, starting at 9 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Santo Christo Church, Columbia St., Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
