TIVERTON, RI… Eileen Aguiar, 76, of Tiverton, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023, at the St. Antoine Residence, in Smithfield, RI.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Leonard Aguiar and Elsie (Medeiros) Aguiar.
Before retiring, Eileen was employed as a Sales Associate at Macy’s, for over 25 years, and also worked previously in the local garment industry. She was a faithful communicant of Holy Ghost Church, in Tiverton, and a deeply spiritual person. She also enjoyed shopping and spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her aunt Louise Resendes and her cousins Odelia Holliday, Elizabeth Santucci, Steven Resendes, Randall Aguiar, and Lisa Aguiar.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 9-10:30 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St. Fall River, followed by a funeral service at 11AM at Holy Ghost Church, 316 Judson St, Tiverton, RI. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, in Fall River.
